HYPNOTHERAPY DISCLAIMER, CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT & TERMS
1. General Disclaimer
Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) may incorporate hypnotherapy and related techniques as part of the services provided. Hypnotherapy is intended to be used as a complementary wellness service and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other healthcare treatment or advice.
The information provided on this website and in connection with these services is intended for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Nothing contained on this website, or communicated as part of a hypnotherapy session, should be interpreted as a recommendation to discontinue, delay, or modify any medical or psychological treatment, medication, or advice provided by a qualified healthcare professional.
Clients should consult their physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, or other appropriately qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical or mental health concerns and before making changes to any existing treatment or medication.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Hypnotherapy and RTT® are not a "quick fix" or guaranteed solution. While some individuals may experience positive changes relatively quickly, individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
The effectiveness of hypnotherapy may depend upon a number of factors, including the individual's motivation, participation, expectations, willingness to engage in the process, and commitment to making changes outside of sessions.
Clients may be provided with exercises, suggestions, recordings, or other materials to use between sessions. Where such materials are provided, the client's participation and consistent use may form an important part of the therapeutic process.
By engaging in hypnotherapy services, the client acknowledges that they are responsible for their own decisions, actions, participation, and personal outcomes.
The practitioner makes no representation or guarantee regarding any particular result or outcome. The practitioner will, however, make reasonable efforts to provide the services professionally, responsibly, and to the best of their abilities.
3. Individualized and Client-Centered Approach
Each individual may respond differently to hypnosis and related techniques. The number of sessions required, the nature of the experience and the results achieved will vary from person to person.
Some clients may find that one or a few sessions are sufficient for their individual objectives, while others may require additional sessions or may identify other matters they wish to address.
No specific number of sessions or particular outcome can therefore be guaranteed.
Hypnosis does not cause an individual to act against their will or knowingly compel them to do something they do not wish to do. Participation in the process is voluntary, and clients remain responsible for their own choices and decisions.
4. Audio Recordings and Downloads
Any personalized recordings, audio downloads, or relaxation materials provided in connection with the services should only be used when it is safe and appropriate to do so.
You must not listen to hypnotherapy, relaxation, or suggestion recordings while driving, cycling, operating machinery, or performing any activity that requires your full attention or presents a safety risk.
Clients should use such recordings only in an appropriate and safe environment where they can remain stationary and undisturbed.
If you have epilepsy, a diagnosed mental health condition, or any other medical or psychological condition that may be affected by deep relaxation, altered states of awareness, or the content of the recording, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before using any such recording.
If you experience any unexpected, distressing, or adverse effects, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice.
5. Client Responsibility
By choosing to participate in hypnotherapy or RTT® services, the client acknowledges that:
-
Participation is voluntary.
-
Hypnotherapy is complementary and does not replace appropriate medical or mental healthcare.
-
Individual results cannot be guaranteed.
-
The client remains responsible for their own healthcare decisions and actions.
-
The client should seek appropriate professional medical or psychological care where necessary.
-
Any recommendations or exercises provided are intended to support the hypnotherapy process and should not be regarded as medical treatment unless expressly provided by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
-
6. Important Notice
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, significant psychological distress, or symptoms requiring medical or psychiatric attention, you should seek assistance from an appropriate healthcare professional or emergency service rather than relying on hypnotherapy.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding whether hypnotherapy is appropriate for you, please consult your physician or other appropriately qualified healthcare provider before commencing sessions.
